Alpine Tax and Accounting Services was formed in 2025 through the merger of three established accounting firms, each with its own rich history and specialized expertise. Neff Financial Services, founded in 1980, built a strong reputation serving Nail Salons and small businesses. Welsh Financial, established in 1988, developed deep expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Bookwise CFO, founded in 2008, provided strategic CFO services to Real Estate clients.

The merger brought together over four decades of combined industry experience and client relationships. Each founding firm contributed unique strengths: Neff Financial Services' understanding of small business operations, Welsh Financial's expertise in hospitality financial management, and Bookwise CFO's strategic advisory capabilities in real estate.
